PRIVACY POLICY AND INFORMED CONSENT: Our Privacy Policy is part of the Terms and Conditions of use of the Website.

TITLES OR HEADINGS: The titles that are used to head each clause of this document, are introduced to facilitate its reading, and should not be considered as part of the text of the same for the purposes of its execution or to interpret its content.

NULLITY: If any provision of this document is declared null or voidable by judicial or arbitration authority, it will be considered as not put, but the legality and validity of the rest of the Terms and Conditions will not be affected or limited by said omission.

APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND COMPETENT COURTS: The use of this Website will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Mexican legislation. Any conflict, controversy or difference that could be related to, or derived from the relationship between Vitally Coach and the User or any third party that uses the Website will be resolved by the Courts of Justice of the Republic of Costa Rica

RELEASE OF LIABILITY FOR PRODUCT DELIVERED: Once the Product has been delivered to the User, Vitally Coach will not be responsible for the use that the User gives to the Product.

Any doubt or query about the scope and interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, may be evacuated by email info@vitally-coach.com; The response to these queries will not imply a total or partial modification of this document, or a waiver of compliance.

REFUND POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

WHEN CAN YOU CANCEL YOUR SERVICE?

If you have a major problem with any service offered by Vitally Coach or a minor problem that could not be fixed in a reasonable amount of time, you have the right to cancel a service contract, when:

- provided with an unacceptable level of care and skill.
- not fit for the purpose you requested.
- are not delivered in a reasonable time when there is no agreed completion date.

SERVICES YOU CANNOT CANCEL:

You must pay for the services you have received under a service contract that worked as expected.

You cannot cancel a service contract or get a refund if the problem was beyond the control of Vitally Coach, or of you:

- He changed his mind.
- insisted that a service be rendered in a particular way, against the advice of Vitally Coach.
- did not clearly explain their needs Vitally Coach

 

CANCEL YOUR SERVICE:

You can close your account at any time. The option is found in the Account Settings.

If you have a problem with a service, follow the steps below:

- Show proof of purchase with receipt or bank statement.
- Contact Vitally Coach and explain the problem. If Vitally Coach cannot arrange service in a reasonable time, the terms of the service contract will be negotiated.

Account closure is subject to:

not have any pending listing on the Website;
resolve any pending issues (such as a suspension or restriction of your Account); Y
paying the fees or amounts pending payment in the Account.
We may retain some of your personal information to satisfy regulatory requirements and our own external obligations. Closing your account does not necessarily delete all the information we have.

 

Vitally Coach WILL NOT COMPENSATE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES CAUSED IF THE PROBLEM OR DISSATISFACTION OCCURS BETWEEN THE USER AND THE FREELANCER.

If you have paid for the service and it has already started or has been delivered, a refund will be negotiated to cover the failed services and any advance payments.
